Crystal Wand ~ Mystic Earth x Volundr Forge

Handmade crystal wand by Mystic Earth and Volundr Forge.  The Volundr Forge made the base from steel and I did the woodland sculpture. 

The steel base was hand forged through a traditional blacksmithing process with repurposed steel. The woodland sculpture was then created using an epoxy based clay.  It features tree branches wrapped around the wand covered in mossy foliage and mushrooms. The shimmering color was done with a special pigmentation process and sealed on with a matte varnish for protection. The crystals used are quartz, silver sheen obsidian, and labradorite, a gray stone that shines colors in light.
