In the Heart of the Swamp 8" Painting

"In the Heart of the Swamp" Painting: Acrylic on stretched heart-shaped canvas. I created this scene while inspired by lush swamps in southern America, particularly those of Louisiana. Depicting a lush, algae filled swamp with winding trees, Spanish moss, and dancing fairies. Pink lotus flowers float among the algae and provide striking contrast to the whole piece.

DESCRIPTION: I hand paint my designs with high quality acrylic paints that create vivid saturation and a crisp finish. The piece is sealed with two layers of matte varnish to protect the paint over time. It also adds a gorgeous sheen and cohesive finish to the piece! Hang by tack or nail with no framing needed, the canvas is wood paneled meaning theres 1" of space built into the back to hang on a wall with ease. The piece has been signed and dated along the top of the canvas. 

CARE: Do not get wet or leave outdoors. If dusty, use a dry cloth/paper towel. If dirty, use a very small amount of water on a cloth or paper towel and lightly work the dirt off the piece.
