Bumblebee Jasper & Labradorite Athame Dagger

Mini woodland athame dagger. The blade is solid labradorite crystal accompanied by a bumblebee jasper gem embedded into the sculpture work. The labradorite is a grey stone that shines in blue, green, and yellow in the light.

This piece was sculpted using an epoxy based clay, a very strong material that is a self adhesive. Through a special pigmentation process the sculpture was given a light shimmering effect that is sealed on with matte varnish. The blade is completely blunt edged as athames arent intended for physical cutting, but rather for ritual use.
